Usually you would take the band back by going to variation "C" or "B".
But that would slow the band and drive down...
With the Live control knobs you can stay in variation "D" for example to keep the drive and slowly mute the style parts to your liking for the trumpet solo.
The second part is just showing filters and retrigger on dance styles.
