Exactly. He doesn't know me and I don't know him. He says he doesn't trust Paypal because he got burned on it. Only option seems to be c.o.d. Not sure I want to do that, but I suppose it would be o.k. The guy has FB presence and appears o.k., but sometimes you just get a FEELING.
