I did an analysis of about 70 floppies used with my 6000 to determine average file size. It appears that the SD software addresses up to 99 folders each with up to 20 files. On this basis I determined that the 128MB SD card is about optimum for me at the moment. No doubt this may change as I use more of the new capabilities of the 7000.
