As we had previously explained, unfortunately, we got a bad batch/set of adaptors when we initially started with the AJAMONIC upgrade kits and have since then (like Heny mentioned above) tried to replace these with more reliable/tested units. We now test every adaptor before it goes out - just one of the many steps taken to improve quality control. We have also started testing every KETRON equipment sold in the USA - before it sent to our dealership/customers ... again, steps taken to ensue that no one's KETRON product freezes.

Please send us you name and address and Audya's serial number, and will mail you a replacement adaptor, and sorry for the inconveniences.
