I agree with Ian, the jump between 7000 and 8000 was quite substantial. I wouldn't use a 7000 at all today whereas an 8000 would still play nicely by today's standards, I would use one still, it was way ahead of its time.

I use some of the 8000's styles on my T3 & s950 all tweaked as they are that good! For example the Clubdance style that originated on the 8000 has filtered across on every single model to date! There might be a few others like that too.
