With my r-n-s, the legs collapse, the seat comes off, and the backrest slides out from under the seat. When i had the ql, i cut some of the "excess" top off of the rail that the backrest slides on to- it was too long and heavy.
all that work for just a seat !!! thats why I eliminated the seat completely from my rig.... I like to sit very low in the seat and have no problem using whatever chairs they have available at the GIG.....I do however carry a nice foam seat cushion just in case of a thin metal folding chair....
LESS gear will travel YEAH!!
