I recently acquired an S910 for more subtle dining gigs coming up in the next year. For this purpose, it is a great addition.

Donny has been kind enough to get me started, as I know nothing about Yamaha, other than what I have heard and read. A question from Yamaha users has to do with filling up the board with my own registrations.

I was told that MFD does not save all pertinent data, leaving me with saving in registration memory. In reading the PSR tutorials, I find a difference of opinion as to the method.

The question is, after I make a "set up" registration, do I put 8 songs in a bank, or one song per bank(file)?
I don't need automated changes in variations, etc., but would like custom OTS.

I am used to saving everything by song title and making a playlist from there.
