What you are describing sounds like that particular file on the pen drive might be corrupt.
It's to bad Ketron's OS isn't Vista or Windows 7. It would be easier to troubleshoot a problem like yours.
Hopefully AJ or other SZ Audya owners will help figure out your install glitch.
A corrupt file was the first thing I thought of.
