I sent gruhs a link to the .mem file to bypass the windows installer (I think he/she has an administrator issue) and update directly from the Audya usng F10/Unplugged, but he/she decided not to update the Audya as its working fine with OS4.2.

So the answer is...there isn't one. You know as much as me :-/
