I think that meanwhile itīs a common problem, that people want the best service but are not willing to pay for it (not only here in Germany, as well in UK and the rest of the world ). A good PC-specialist gets more than 50 Euros / hour, the company heīs working for must exist as well.

Nevertheless a lot of problems would have never arised when the people had read the instruction manual ( I know that a lot of them are worse than bad );)
