Good news. I've found some Growl effects on some of the saxes. I just wasn't aware which ones and exactly how to trigger the growl. They are more subtle than the Yamaha, but may be actually more realistic. You don't get them by key pressure, but a combination of initial touch and joystick. Still working on it.
