Unless I'm missing something here, that's simply not true.
The micro arranger does 'not' store styles individually.
Styles must be stored 'together in a group' with up to 16 other styles in a User Bank .sty File (USER01,USER02, or USER03).
Once stored in a USER Bank file, it of course can be easily called up as you described.
