Hi,

I am trying to regenerate the Disk I/O error that some are getting and have not been able to:-

1. What HD are you using (name and model)? Was this HD purchased directly from a Ketron dealer and authorized to be ok with the Ketron product you are using or did you get a different kind yourself from another store? Not all disks (even if you find out you can save and retrive information) are 100% compatible with your unit.

2. What actions/button presse occured just before the unit showed the error/locked up?
