The goal is to use this for LIVE shows and leave 'the rest' behind. Still debating between the 24 or the 16 as it is good to have those extra channels ... just incase. Being able to add different effects, compressor, limiter, gate settings ... etc to each channel independently is definaely a deal breaker.

Recording is just a bonus ...
