Members using software options like Live Synth Pro, Forte etc could try

Soundfaction Alive Soundfont Editor(not free) http://www.soundfaction.com/alive/index.htm

or if you just want a Librarian so you can mix n match your soundfont banks

Personally I've used

( Creative ) Vienna Soundfont Editor

and I've just downloaded the Librarian.
