The only difference is the drumkit used (but it automatically selects another one) and the Mega Solid Guitar, which automatically becomes the Mega Clean Guitar on Ty1.
I went to my local Yamaha dealer a couple of weeks ago to play the Tyros 2 and I thought "what the heck, why not" and copied all preset styles to my USB stick. Took about 10 minutes, but it was worth the wait, even if it's only for about 4 styles I like
