Hi,

If you can open the keyboard, make sure the long ribbon cable that connects the CPU board (in the middle with the MIDI, Footswitch and Computer ports attached) and the DSP-SOUND board (with the Line and Mic outputs connected) is well in place. if this still doesn't work, you might need a new sound board.

Did you re-load the firm000.snd file to initialize the circuit?
