The news is: Roland Japan has stopped making JV-2080 and groove sampler since December 1999. And this suggests that Roland will release new alternative synthesizers soon = NAMM Show in Los Angels is to hold on the next February).
We (Japanese synth users) are waiting for new Roland's synthesizers and samlers with R-BUS or 24bit D/A Converter.
