1) Please be more specific on your question

2) Go to Patch Edit mode and select TVA settings. Choose the page named "BIAS" (nr 2 in TVA page series). For that particular keyboard setting that you asked of, set Bias Level to "+100", Bias Point to "C4" (or somewhere near) and Bias Direction to "Upper". Don't forget that you can alter the volume level using keyboard velocity in the same manner. Also check page 82 of your manual where you can find all the available options for the parameters above.

3) I'm not familiar with that patch, however the most possible reason for this patch (and all patches in general) to act like this might be that in "Performance" mode you use different effects settings than in "Patch" mode. Try to copy all effect settings of this patch to your performance (see also page 117 of your manual).
