Hi Forum!

I'm expieriencing a strange problem: I have a Roland JV-1010, a Roland
JV-30 and I'm running Cubase 3.7. on a PC. When I'm using the JV-30 everything works
fine, timing is quite good an there are no problems. Switching to the 1010
things change. The timing gets ugly (count in is like "and 2, 3, 4"), some
notes are cut or not played at all especially when the rhythm track passes a
part border. Are there any special MIDI-Messages Cubase sends when there's a
new part? Are these messages known to be a problem for the 1010? I've been
fiddling a lot with the MIDI-Settings (all this latency, system pre-roll,
etc. stuff) but nothing helps with the 1010 and everything is fine with the
JV-30 (except it's sound ;-). Or should I consider a hardware problem and bring
back my (rather new) JV-1010 to the dealer?

Any suggestion, hint or tip would be appreciated

TIA

Ulf.
