So far the comments I found on the web:
1. bad battery cover (breaks easily)
2. A lot of background noise with the mike recordings (could be a bad production or a real downer?)
3. Lost time and date when battery replaced

I could not find any comment about the 4 track recording which is the part I'm interested in.

(just saw $ 299,-- in usa... )
