"Yes the Fishman Soloamp was 999$, at Guitar Center, and the Bose L1 Compact was also 999$. I did buy the Bose, and am extremely glad I did. There was no comparison for me sound wise. The Bose is killer. I had it hooked up in my house, and my wife (who has heard me playing for 25years) could not believe how the voice and guitar sounded. It is the most accurate acoustic tone I have ever heard in a system. "
