I really like the 10s live. I'll try to take a pic of the built in handle - I think you asked for this from me

I play hour gigs (arranger solo) through them in stereo. I sing (harmonizer too) and play and use many different instruments for the one-man-band routine.

My audiences range from 20 - 150 max and they handle the rooms quite well. On the large jobs/rooms, I use about 1/2 the power available to achieve results.

I hear from the crowd and my own ears that they are extremely clean and powerful - way good enough for my needs. I can't comment on the throw, although I see the back row leaning in to talk I suppose they're somewhat balanced room-wise. I am one to like the stereo field.

For the extra $50 over the 8s, definitely go for the 10s (still portable and you'll appreciate the handle).
