Great critique! You're the second person to love Scuba Dive that said it is a tad too long. I found a way to shave 9 seconds off of the song by taking the tag off of the first chorus.

I'll look into how speeding up the Sweet Purple Dream sounds.

I was toying with the third song today to make it more captivating until it gets to the climax. I reuploaded it on Myspace.

I will be looking into some more contemporary arrangements for some of my songs. The first two I wrote about 15 years ago, and they've been on my mind a lot, so I did them first.

I will look into Melodyne as well. I think I'm pretty on key, but it's better to strive for perfection, especially when you're pitching your songs to the pros.

And thanks Diki for clarifying to DNJ that these are songwriter demos. I want to get the song across more than my musicianship, but I don't want my musicianship to detract.
