To the manufacturer view point an uneducated user gets frustrated and will be more likely to jump on-board the "next greatest model" that comes out by the time they even scratch the surface of learning what they already have "for their needs" alone. Do you ever see extensive All level Instructional feature DVD's made for any of these units put out by the manufacturer? No!.....you have to find it on your own or on you tube or maybe from someone else on a forum, etc.. Most of this while they're are still learning how to even play, let alone figure out how the unit works. So it's no surprise who's fault it is,....is it?
