Both of them are 22kHz sample rate files.

Use something (I don't speak PC!) to 'export' them as another MP3 file with a 44.1kHz sample rate...

When in doubt, do a 'get info' on a file in WMP or the Jukebox player. That ought to tell you what the sample rate is.
