I'll add one more. A few years ago here in Baltimore at the Renaissance Hotel there was a broadcasters convention. Mr. King of Kingworld (which distributes Oprah, Wheel of Fortune, ect.) came in every night and put a hundred dollar bill on the piano and said, "Play whatever you want." Now that was cool.
