Roland says that XV5080 will load (or convert load) samples from AKAI S1000 series and Roland S700 series. In the front of the unit (I only saw pictures of it) is printed in big yellow letters: SAMPLE PLAYBACK This is not a sampler at all....(I will keep my S760...)
