Interesting... but not sure how it is an 'attack' on the industry.

If the industry has been failing to obtain licenses, failing to pay it's share to the FCC, and failing to inform it's customers that they actually NEED a license (they have no shortage of high priced lawyers, that's for sure), surely it's the other way around?

It's going to be an inconvenience, without doubt, though.
