Info only, not a recommendation, but if you'd consider the Midjay, why not the SonicCell? It's a lot cheaper, has good sounds, and does a great job of playing both SMF's and MP3's. It didn't work well for me but that's mainly because the Nord C1 makes a lousy controller and I don't really use the SMF/MP3 functions. Just a thought.
