Joe Water has gratiously posted photos of the inside of the PSR-3000, which clearly shows where a 2.5-inch hard drive can be mounted. You can find the photos at http://psrtutorial.com/FloppyInside.html

For me, I don't believe I need a hard drive in my 3000, mainly because I have yet to fill 25 percent of my 128-meg USB thumb drive.

Good Luck,

Gary
