That shouldn't be happening.
Two suggestions:
1 - Make sure the mic is completely isolated from the keyboard. Ie: not even the mic stand should be touching the board.
2 - Make sure to use a cardiod mic (ie directional) - which you probably are using anyway, and point it up at your mouth and away from the board.
