If you don't mind, would you describe your setup? You know...

1. Park car.
2.

(The things you do from arrival to 'ready, set, go.)

Here's mine.

1. Park '96 Ford Taurus.
2. Grab first load of gear.
3. Lock Ford Taurus cuz I'm at a dive.
4. Take first load inside dive.
5. Unlock Ford Taurus for second load.
6. Repeat 3.
7. Repeat 4.
8. Unlock Ford Taurus for third load.
9. Repeat 3.
10. Repeat 4.
11. Unlock Ford Taurus for fourth load.
12. Repeat 3.
13. Repeat 4.
14. Unzip guitar case, remove guitar, place on stand.
15. Unzip keyboard case, remove keyboard, place on stand.
16. Remove Logitech z-2200 miracle system from naugahyde/cloth Budweiser duffle bag with Willie's image in glorious cross-stitch.
17. Haul all three cases outside to Ford Taurus so they don't soak up cig smoke from dive.
18. Get a beer.
19. Sit down and find lyric for "Farewell Party" by Gene Watson cuz Billy Bob just requested it and threatened you if you don't sing it.
20. Drink beer.
21. Setup Logitech system.
22. Setup keyboard.
23. Setup mic.
24. Setup guitar.
25. Get another beer.
26. Drink it.
27. Hang American flag as backdrop.
28. Hang Confederate flag so you fit in.
29. Remove Confederate flag, there's already twelve there.
30. Replace with Willie flag.
31. Soundcheck.
32. Go outside for some air with oxygen in it.
33. Gulp several deep breaths like a freshwater drum on the dock, go back in.
34. Clean Billy Bob's Budweiser spill off keyboard, spilled when he invaded your stage to read "Farewell Party" lyric and tripped.
35. Try to resurrect sound from keyboard.
36. Abandon keyboard, grab guitar.
37. Psyche up for evening of 'A Man And His Guitar," Hank songs.
38. Lead off with "Honky Tonkin'."

Elapsed Time from arrival: 1 hour 15 minutes

Man, I'm tired.

It really would be interesting to see exactly what some of you ultra-fast setup guys DO.
