I haven't given up yet with Technics, still following up. They don't seem to be very interested in selling their products.
Yamaha, on the other hand, has an email address. I have emailed them in the past, and they have responded in 3 or 4 days, advising where their dealers are located. They have a dealer in Toronto that sells Yamaha exclusively. Long & Mcquade and Steve's music also sell Yamaha.
