I used to sell Viscount organs in the late 70's. They were an inexpensive line of organs and they were cheaply constructed. I would hope that their quality has improved.

The link provided doesn't tell you anything about the pedals. Are they midi pedals and you are going to need a bass module for them or are they self contained with their own internal tone generator? Myself I use the Roland PK-5 pedals. They are built like a tank.
