I guess I feel real fortunate as I just got my Tyros back from Yamaha USA in less than a weeks time (from the day I shipped it to them till the day I got it back fixed). The ironic thing about this is that I had prior to this, had to wait over 6 months before realizing that it had been Yamaha Europe (not Yamaha USA) who had figured out the SOLUTION to the well known Tyros USB problem. drdalet, glad you already have your new psr3000 already, and trust that yours won't have to visit Yamaha Europe (Germany) anytime soon. - Scott
