Hello Xavier,
when you say, swap it between your PC and Trinity, do you mean, to connect the HD to the PC?
I thought it coulnt be done.
Also, please dont ever go for zip. ITs total junk! I used this for my Trinity V3 and it worked ok, then I lost all my M1 sounds big time!!
What I do, is to use the Digital output of the trinity, and record or say Master all the Sequencer tracks Plus the Four Audio Tracks to a Stand alone CD burner.
Im using the Marantz Cd burner, and it works like a charm. Everything is Kept in the digital domain.
