The first in the thread is a Mozitzer Niggun (Proik Yos Anoch), which is quite famous, the second is a Lubavitcher Niggun (R' Leivik's I think, sung on Simchas Torah) which is only famous in Chabad. I especially appreciate your comments because you are obviously familiar with the Chasidic market. I actually tend to deliberately pick unusual songs, in order to promote them, and in order to bring fresh sounds.
