Its not about how many arrangers a company puts out.....its all about how good is a companies customer support is after you have made your purchase.
The top company from my experience has been Roland UK. They have a Product Support Email where questions gets answered within the same day or the following day. Yamaha. Korg. Technics do not appear to provided this email support. It obviously varies in different countries depending on the distribution.
Roland,Korg should be applauded because they do not change their models every year just to get us to buy the latest thing.
Both Roland & Korg are this summer launching new arrangers.
