Equipment problems are a major headache. I've had my share with keyboards. Cut your losses and get something else. I use a 15' JBL Eon for most of my jobs. It's lightweight and works for me. I also have used 15' Peavey's that still work/sound good today. Never had a problem even blasting the things hundreds of times a year for between 500-600 people per job. I dropped them(accidently), bounced them around, and they never gave me trouble.
