By coincidence, I just read the whole Ziggy-Saga for the first time; and I saw you posting this new post. I can assure you Paul, the whole thread is not negative to GEM in any way, at least I didn't got that feeling after reading the thread. So, no worries; mistakes and 'acts of God' - as the emails not getting where they should - are part of the way things go sometimes!
