I'm sure you must have some friend with a pc that would upgrade the Tyros for you, or perhaps you can buy a used laptop/desktop and they sell dirt cheap, just for occasions like this, while you're waiting for the day if and when Yamaha makes their stuff more Mac friendly.

I doubt Yamaha hates Mac users and it is more a matter of economics.
