I am not built for speed and have troubles with inflammation of my coccyx (tailbone).

I was in a music store a couple of years back (for their Tyros 2 launch event as it happens) and asked the drum section "what would you use given my diffculties...".

They said "you can by the cheap rubbish but this is what you really want" and I left holding a Mapex costing about twise as much as I'd ever paid before but it is easily the most comfortable drum stool I've ever had.
