If I rememeber well, you can't make folders in a zip disk.
But if you want to have only 50 styles to play live in a gig, you may put them in two disquettes, and play directly from them.

About how modify styles, it is in the keyboard manual. If you haven't it, you may download the manual from Roland sites.
