Hi Linda. I think you might like the 6500. I got one a few weeks ago on ebay. I find it pretty easy to navigate and really like the performance pads. When pushed, they play along with the music and even add solo's. I find the styles very realistic and mostly, well done. I also had a MZ2000, but didn't really care for it too much. Another board to check out would be the Yamaha 740, or the new 2000. You will love the Groove feature, which lets you change the beat timing, so it really expands the style base.
