I was actually thinking about taking a piano job at a casino last year and I bought Scott the Piano Guy's course. It actually was very good. I already knew a lot of it, but it interesting information concerning what to do with the left hand.
I decided it would take too long to become proficient, and the arthritis in my right wrist would never stand up to the heavy weight of a real piano, so I didn't pursue it and declined the job.
I feel the course was worth the money though. I don't recall the cost but it wasn't much.
