I use power tracks pro to edit midi files for a couple of reasons:
It's cheap
I've used it for 10 years so the upgrades are easy for me to understand and
everytime I get a new keyboard I don't have to learn a new system of recording and editing.
I know there are more sophisticated proglrams out there but I don't use half of what this one will do.
I did learn to change voices and volumes on the Tyros and to me that was hard enough.
