you have a very pleasant voice, but I have to agree with Donny that the vocals were too low; furthermore, while the keyboard was correctly playing in stereo, your voice was too much focused or centered in the middle of the field and did not spread enough, so to speak.
Another observation: you uploaded a .wav file, and its size was huge (44 Mb). I have a DSL connection, and it took me 2 minutes to download your song, but 44 Mb are way too many for someone on a dial-in connection. So, if you are looking for comments from more listeners, try to convert the .wav file to .mp3 before uploading. This way you will greatly reduce its size and reach a wider audience.
