It has some pretty amazing new features

Audio Chord Wizard
RealDrums
The ability to ReMix/ ReArrange existing .mp3 files
Split MIDI Drum notes to individual tracks
etc etc

I especially luv the "Real Drums" (introduced last year in Band in a Box 2007)
ie the ability to replace midi drums with "Real Drums" (audio files) in sequences.

Great to be able to use the same "Real Drums" sets in both PT12 & BIAB2007.
They've also niow introduced Real Drums Vol 4 & 5.
