Is'nt there some rules about registered trade marks and names?
If the name you chose is not in that category you're free to
use it?
Also I think there is something about that very common names or
titles can't be registered and are free to use. Maybe this things
are different around the world, but nowadays you have to be very
inventive to avoid anything not used before.
